Hello! Thank you for your interest in Art by Simons. If you are interested in commissioning a custom work of art, whether its a special memory of your loved one(s), a photo of your beloved pet, or a landscape scene of a favorite place, please send me an email or text message with a brief description of details that are important to you, sizing selection, and photo options (feel free to send as many as you like - I love options!). If you are unsure of sizing, I can help make that determination based on your photos and their content. If you have any hard deadline requests, please make sure to note this in your original message. I will get back to you as soon as possible with a pricing grid and an estimated timeline to completion. Thank you and I look forward to working with you on your special project!

Given the specificity and personalization of each commission piece, commissioned artwork is non-refundable. It is my top priority to go above and beyond to make each of my clients happy with their final product. In an effort of doing so, I like to offer my clients the option of receiving real-time progress photos of their commissioned pieces to make sure we're on track. Some clients prefer to be surprised so I leave this option to your discretion.

If you are not in love with your original Art by Simons piece, returns are accepted on non-commission artwork within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Sale items are final sale.
